New Patient Consult
During the initial new patient consultation, I will dedicate a minimum of 60 minutes to obtaining a comprehensive medical history, including all past medical conditions, current medications, prior surgeries, and any allergies. This thorough evaluation allows for a detailed understanding of each patient’s unique health background. Following this assessment, I will develop an individualized plan of care that integrates evidence-based practice to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered medical management.
